Cloud cover on every pass, a missed window, a failed capture — any failure after you pay returns your full payment by email. There's nothing to claim and no wallet to connect.
Groups fill or refund.
In a group, each person pays their own seat. The slot is bought only if every seat is paid before the deadline. If not, everyone is refunded in full.
